People with a disability are often talked about as if they are in one group, but we know that every individual client at Care Direct Disability Services has different needs, we endeavour to ensure that we provide service that meets those needs. Providing care that has been completely personalised for every individual is important to us here at care direct disability services. We recognise every individual as the unique person that they are, and it’s why we discourage a solution that is “one size fits all”. Our care plans are person-centred, not plan-centred, which means that you get a service that shines a light on what you need and delivers a solution for it.
