Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Disability Services Australia ("DSA", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the disability services provided by DSA.

DSA offers disability support services in accordance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) guidelines and regulations. These services may include but are not limited to personal care, therapy sessions, community support, and home maintenance.

Users must meet the eligibility criteria outlined by the NDIS to access our services. This includes having a permanent disability that significantly impacts daily functioning and being under the age of 65 at the time of application.

To access our services, users must register with DSA and provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any changes to personal details must be promptly communicated to DSA.

Fees and Payments

Fees for our services may vary depending on the level of support required and funding arrangements. Users may be required to pay applicable fees as per the NDIS guidelines. Payment terms will be communicated upon registration.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act. User data will only be used for the purpose of providing disability support services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Code of Conduct

Users are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, dignity, and inclusivity. Discriminatory or abusive behavior towards staff or other users will not be tolerated.

DSA reserves the right to terminate services if users breach these terms and conditions or engage in misconduct. Termination may also occur if funding arrangements are not met.

While we strive to provide high-quality support services, DSA cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Users acknowledge that the effectiveness of services may vary depending on individual circumstances.

Changes to Terms

DSA reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically for changes.
